Our WGNS Good Neighbor of the Day is Dixie Hooper in the Rutherford County Clerk's Office. We were told that she is always so kind and so eager to help everyone. One persons stated, “My son needed to get his tags renewed, but he is in the military and stationed in Washington. She was so helpful and knew exactly what to do to help. She was a life-saver!” Today, she will receive free flowers from Rion Flowers and Gifts.
