Our WGNS / Rion flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Dr. Larry Williams. The local veterinarian doctor has shown tremendous support of the 4-H program in Rutherford County. On Jan. 2nd, he braved the freezing temperatures and visited the county hog show to write health papers for all 4-H members' hogs.
