Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Captain Steve Spence at the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office. He recently organized a fundraiser for Danny Gaither, an officer who is fighting cancer. Today, Spence will receive flowers from Rion Flowers and Gifts.
