Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Stephanie Deason. Someone wrote, "She recently found an older Chihuahua in the area of K-Mart. She took the dog home with her in hopes of finding the owner. When the family that lost the small dog found it, they were extremely excited and thankful." By the way, this is not the first time she has helped stray animals find their rightful owners, she always helps others.
