A 19-year old has been charged with 9-counts of vandalism and 3-counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges. Brian Bell was apprehended on the 8th of July after police stopped him on Indian Park Drive for a light violation. Apparently Bell and three juveniles were suspected of throwing eggs at parked cars in the Indian Hills subdivision. At least ten cars were hit by the accused egg throwers. Bell will appear in court on September the 6th.
