A thief decided to steal from a meat delivery truck on Wednesday in Murfreesboro. The truck driver was in the process of delivering meat to a Hispanic food store on Bradyville Pike when an unknown man made his way into the truck and stole a money bag that was left behind in the vehicle. The meat delivery truck was from Atlanta and reports indicate that several thousand dollars in cash and checks were taken. Police are going to review video tape from where the heist occurred because it is believed the culprit made a purchase in the store right before he broke into the truck.
