The county began notifying parents at 5am this (Wednesday) morning because their phone messaging system takes up to an hour to notify everyone in the county. AGAIN -- Rutherford County Schools are opening on a two-hour delay today. That means if your children normally catch the bus at 6:15, they'll catch the bus at 8:15 this morning. Schools opening normally at 8am will open at 10am today.
