Here is a road closing update from City Traffic Engineer Ram Balachandran. Bell Street, between Highland and University Avenues) is closed now through Friday for the removal of the pedestrian bridge that connected the hospital with the Bell Street Center.

Balachandran noted that the demolition contractor for MTMC will be removing the overhead pedestrian bridge across Bell Street. There are appropriate road closure signs and barricades in-place at both ends of the roadway.
