Three 18-year olds have been arrested and charged with four counts of burglary. Colby W. Carter, William A. Ethridge and Michael L. Grimmett were also charged with three counts of theft, vandalism and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The three teens were arrested on South Church Street on Saturday after allegedly breaking into cars at the Best Value Inn next to the Shoney’s Restaurant.
