A 21-year old man has been arrested and charged with statutory rape. Diego Hernandez Luna allegedly had sexual relations with a 14-year old girl. The two would evidently get a hotel room together at a hotel on South Church Street in Murfreesboro. Luna was booked under a $5,000 bond and will have to appear in court on September the 8th.
