A 63-year old man who is currently homeless and living in Murfreesboro was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge September the 4^th. Stephen R. Hart is wanted in Wisconsin  for 1^st degree sexual assault charges against a child. Police captured Hart behind an apartment complex on Northfield Blvd. Hart will now be held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center until deputies from Wisconsin pick him up.
