Murfreesboro School Board member Dennis Rainier is hospitalized in Florida. The former head of the city's Parks and Recreation Department was reportedly spending time with family, when medical issues developed. A close friend told WGNS News, "There have been all types of rumors, but they are just that--RUMORS! Doctors have made numerous tests, and nothing has been determined." In fact, he indicated Rainier may be released in a few days from the hospital in Pensacola.
