A 43-year old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 20-year old man. Emmanuel McMahon was taken into custody on Thursday morning by police. During the police interview prior to his arrest, McMahon evidently incriminated himself. He will appear in court on October the 13th. In the meantime, he will remain behind bars until he posts a $15,000 bond.
