In Smyrna, two women were shot in a domestic situation at 926 Sky Valley Trail, near Rocky Fork Road. The victim, Brianna Brown, was shot to death trying to get away in her car.  A second woman is hospitalized after being Lifeflighted to Vanderbilt. Authorities have arrested a man in connection with the murder. Smyrna Police confirmed that the incident occurred around 10:00 o'clock Friday morning (9/16/2011).
