So far, Murfreesboro has helped to raise over $22,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association. The official date of the Alzheimer’s Walk is this Saturday. The walk will begin at the Embassy Suites Hotel at 8:15. Registration will open this Saturday at 7. Other communities will be hosting a walk to end Alzheimer’s on the same day nationwide. Since 1989 the walks have raised $347-million dollars. All of the money raised goes to help find a cure to end Alzheimer’s.  Again, the walk in Murfreesboro will  be this Saturday at 8:15 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center on Medical Center Parkway.
