A new shopping center is being planned in Murfreesboro. The location of the proposed shopping center is on Highway 231 South (S. Church St.) at County Farm Road. According to Baker, Storey, McDonald Properties, the shopping center will consist of 3-anchor stores and eight to sixteen smaller retail outlets. The name of the complex will be called Market Place at Savannah Ridge.
