A man from LaVergne was badly injured in an automobile accident on Sunday in Nashville. The wreck occurred at 115 Nashboro Boulevard. The driver of the car the LaVergne man was in apparently ran off the road and struck a tree. Timothy Hughes was rushed to Vanderbilt Medical Center after the wreck where he is still recovering today. The driver of the car and a second passenger were treated and released.
