Murfreesboro Police used fingerprints left behind at the scene of a burglary to nab a local man on Wednesday. Police say that Dormaricoh Malone left fingerprints on the window of the home he allegedly broke into on December 30^th of last year. Police lifted the prints off the window of the North Academy Street home and sent them to the TBI. The TBI, backlogged by evidence, finally sent the results of the prints back to Murfreesboro on Tuesday which resulted in the Wednesday arrest. Malone was charged with aggravated burglary and theft. He was booked under an $8,000 bond.
