Plaintiffs in the case against the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro have filed a plea with Chancellor Robert Corlew stating that the Rutherford County Planning Commission did not give adequate public notice about a meeting on May 24th in which the site plan for the mosque was approved.  

Attorney Joe Brandon, Jr. filed the request concerning the development planned for Veals Road at Bradyville Pike, just outside the Murfreesboro city limits.
