Man Fires Shot After Being Told to Leave

A man who goes by the nickname of “Redman” has been arrested for allegedly shooting at another individual on Sunday. The shooting incident occurred after Maurice Walker asked two individuals not to loiter in front of his business on South Maney Avenue.  Redman, whose real name is John Daniel, Jr., allegedly fired one shot at Walker after Walker told him and his friend to not hang out in front of the business. Police tracked down Daniel soon after the incident was reported. Daniel was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and vandalism. He was booked under a $12,000 bond and will have to appear in court on December 5th.
