Murfreesboro Police and the DEA made a surprise visit to a pain management clinic late last week. Agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency shut down Total Pain Solutions of Murfreesboro located on South Church Street near the post office. Agents say the clinic was operating as a pill mill. Agents detained several customers and took with them boxes of pills and documents. The owner of the so called pill mill has yet to be caught. Zachary Timothy Rose is considered a fugitive from justice. Rose is also wanted in Florida where he was once the owner of three similar clinics there. The raid was the conclusion of a two year investigation into Total Pain Solutions.
