The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce is busy this week with ribbon cuttings. Kelli Beam with the chamber told WGNS they held ribbon cutting ceremonies at three local stores. The first ribbon cutting was Monday at a jewelry and gifts store called Hand Picked. The new store is in The Avenue on Medical Center Parkway. The chamber also held a Tuesday morning ribbon cutting at the newly renovated McDonalds on Old Fort Parkway at Thompson Lane. Also Tuesday, the chamber was at Personally Yours gift store on S. Church St. next to the Kroger store.
The chamber will be at the new Wilson Bank and Trust branch office on N.W. Broad Street on Thursday, Gondolier Italian Restaurant, also on N.W. Broad Street October 31st and Redstone Federal Credit Union on November the 2nd. Redstone is located on South Rutherford Blvd.
Last week the chamber held ribbon cuttings at Grandma’s House Bed and Breakfast in Smyrna, Menchies Frozen Yogurt in Smyrna and Civil Infrastructure Associates in Murfreesboro.
