A LaVergne man has been arrested by Murfreesboro Police for, according to a police arrest report, having no pants on. The police report shows that David William Parker was urinating on the side of the road when officer J. Watson spotted him without pants on. 57-year old Parker was arrested at 4 in the morning on Monday in front of Demos’ Restaurant. Parker was charged with Indecent Exposure. The man was placed under a $1,000 bond and will have to appear in court on December the 14th.
