At 9:52 Tuesday night (10/25/11) the dispatcher at the Rutherford County Sheriffs Office received a call of a four vehicle crash. This was east bound (toward Murfreesboro) at the 72-mile marker. That's between Almaville Road and State Route 840. Passing motorists continued to call 911 and reported that three vehicles and a tractor trailer rig were involved. 

Miraculously, all in the middle of the interstate reported they had no injuries. 

The deputy then went to another vehicle that was parked on the shoulder, and they complained of possible chest pains. 

Paramedics from the Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services transported one person to StoneCrest Medical Center.
