Home sales are up in Rutherford County this year when you compare the numbers to 2010. In November there were 238 home closings. Last November, there were only 176 homes that sold. Inventories are also down with 1,100 homes for sale in Murfreesboro right now. Last year at this time there were approximately 1500 homes on the market in Murfreesboro.
