Four MTSU ROTC cadets will be recognized during the annual fall commissioning ceremony, which will be held at 10:00 o'clock this coming  Friday morning, December 16th, in the Keathley University Center Theater, which is located on the second floor of the building.

Colonel Richard “Rich” Juergens will serve as the guest speaker. He is deputy commander of the Army Brigade Modernization Command. Colonel Juergens has two daughters, Elizabeth and Hannah, who are cadets in the MTSU military science program. Elizabeth Juergens is one of the four cadets who will be commissioned.
