There was a serious automobile accident at the corner of South Church Street and Barfield Crescent Road on Monday. The wreck occurred around 7:45 in the morning. LifeFlight helicopter landed in the Food Lion parking lot to take the accident victim to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
