A Murfreesboro man was arrested for the fourth time on DUI charges. Michael Alan McCarthy was apprehended after allegedly leaving Gentlemen Jim’s Bar on East Main Street Wednesday morning. McCarthy refused to take a field sobriety test and was placed in cuffs shortly after 3 in the morning. The 30-year old will appear in court on February 2nd.
