A man who was arrested by police in Murfreesboro on resisting arrest and public intoxication charges is being held for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau. Luis Matias Garcia, who also goes by four other aliases, was busted by police when they were called to his Bradyville Pike apartment on Friday. When police got to the address they found a man and a woman arguing with each other. The man in question turned out to be Garcia. Police say when they booked him at the jail, it was realized that he had been booked there before under different names and birthdates. As a result, he is being held without a bond until the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau decides what to do with him. Reports indicate that Garcia is a native of Guatemala and was wanted on six outstanding warrants. He will appear in court on February 14th.
