Rutherford County Commissioner Craig Harris who chairs the Steering Committee tells about an educational initiative that is a pilot program for educating school student about the Opioid Crisis. Rutherford County now ranks number four of Tennessee's highest opioid use areas. This month (January)) along, there have been 6 deaths that are directly related to opioids.
