At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on the MTSU campus, former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor will deliver this year’s Windham Lecture in the Hinton Music Hall inside the Wright Music Building. Seating will be limited and available on a first-come, first served basis.
