Who: People who are currently caring for an ill loved one AND people who may someday serve as a primary caregiver

Other details: For many primary caregivers, taking care of themselves is an afterthought when a loved one is ill. They may even feel guilty about it. What they may not realize: Good self care is not only better for primary caregivers; it’s also better for their loved ones.
This event will help Murfreesboro residents learn tips to help them manage stress and avoid burn-out as they care for a loved one.
