E. T. Guice with the Rutherford County Sheriff's Senior Citizens Awareness Network is our Toot's Outstanding Volunteer. E.T. coordinates the SCAN group who help local forgotten senior citizens, many who live alone. They help with chores around the house, bringing food, and being a friend to talk with and listen.
