The Blue Raider Athletic Association is sponsoring bus trips from Murfreesboro to Nashville for the upcoming NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament game against Vanderbilt at 4:10 p.m. Sunday.
“The cost of the trip is only $25 and eliminates fans from driving in busy Nashville traffic with two NCAA Tournaments going on at the same time,” Associate Athletic Director Alan Farley said. “Our fans will not have to worry about finding a place to park, walking potential long distances to and from Memorial Gymnasium and saving gas money with the recent increase to nearly $4 a gallon.”
The BRAA buses will depart the Greenland Drive parking lot at 1 p.m. Sunday. On the way to the gym, it will stop by the team hotel for a send-off with the team and then take everyone to the Memorial Gymnasium front door. The buses will then return promptly to Greenland Drive after the conclusion of the game.
For more information regarding the bus trips, please contact the BRAA office at (615) 898-2210.
Not included in the cost is a ticket to the game. Fans will have to contact the Vanderbilt ticket office.
