Jurors from Chattanooga will hear the closing arguments in the first degree murder case against Shanterrica Madden today. In court on Saturday in Murfreesboro, Madden said on the stand while wheeping, that she wished she had turned the knife on herself after stabbing Tina Stewart. Madden was a freshman at MTSU when the murder occurred last year. Stewart was a Lady Raider basketball standout. The two were roommates at Raiders Crossing Apartments. Madden also apologized to the Stewart family while in court this past weekend.

Again, today closing arguments will be heard.
