The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security will formally recognize 10 individuals for promotions on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. The ceremony will be held at the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) Training Center in Nashville.

Members from the Highway Patrol’s Field Operations and Field Support Bureau, Executive and Protective Services and Criminal Investigations Division (CID) will receive rank advancements. A staff member from the department’s Research, Planning and Development section will also be recognized for promotion.
