Following up on a three vehicle crash that occurred on Friday , we are told by Murfreesboro Police that one driver was arrested and charged with vehicular assault.

The Fatal Accident Crash Team is investigating the serious injury crash that occurred on NW Broad St. Friday morning.  The driver of one of the vehicles 32-year old, Raymond Davy was arrested for Driving on a Suspended license, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Vehicular Assault.  The investigation is continuing. 

Driving the other two vehicles involved in the three vehicle crash were Dylan Thompson, age 19 and 33-year old Rafael Gudiel.
