Authorities are working a large accident that occurred earlier this morning on I-24. The wreck is near Sam Ridley Parkway at the 66-mile marker. The west bound lane of I-24 has been shut down and traffic is being re-routed onto Sam Ridley Parkway. Life Flight helicopter took at least one victim to Vanderbilt Medical Center. We are told that two were critically injured.
