32-Year old James Clifton Hardy from LaVergne was apprehended on Sunday for the fourth time for driving while allegedly intoxicated. Hardy was pulled over on Memorial Boulevard for a non-functioning brake light. When questioned by the arresting officer, a police report shows that Hardy admitted to drinking prior to being pulled over. The official arrest report shows that while Hardy was performing the field sobriety test, he told police that he could not finish the test because he was “drunk.”
