(MURFREESBORO) A fatal crash occured Tuesday (10/13/2020) on the John Bragg Highway at Mt. Herman Road. 

Highway Patrol Trooper K. White said that a 2006 Honda Accord was traveling toward Woodbury when it left the roadway, struck a tree and caught on fire. 

Paramedics from Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services note that 37-year old Andrea Lewis was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The driver and another passenger were rushed to Vanderbilt Medical Center.  

Driver of the Honda was 36-year old Manuel Lewis and 28-year old Kara Simmons. Everyone in the vehicle were from McMinnville.
