Murfreesboro Police Officer Terry Spence is our honoree. Officer Spence took a fugitive off the streets and made our community safer. He ran a check on the subject and learned that the man was a fugitive from justice.  As the fugitive was being taken to jail, the suspect told Officer Spence, “You ask too many questions.”  Murfreesboro Police Officer Terry Spence is our Demos’ Emergency Responder.
