A grocery store that has long called Middle Tennessee Boulevard home is closing their doors at the end of this month.

You may recall the Kroger Store opened at their current location in around 1997.  Prior to that, Kroger was located less than a block away at their original location on the same stretch of roadway in the 1980’s.

Employees at the grocery store are being offered positions at other Kroger stores in the area.

While the grocery store will close on February 28, 2021, both the pharmacy and fuel pumps will remain open. Evidently, the grocery store is closing due to diminished profits.
