(MURFREESBORO) The public is invited to "Be the Missing Piece" in an MTSU's Arts and Sciences Major Showcase now in the Todd Art Gallery (542 Old Main Circle). It is open weekdays from 8:30AM to 4:30PM and Saturdays from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. This show continues through March 13, 2021.
The exhibit displays ten murals based on ten skills from the 2020 World Economic Forum's Skill List. The skills were chosen because they are interdisciplinary and are imperative to helping students navigate the ever-changing job market. The murals were designed and created by Dr. Sickler-Voigt's Art Education Practicum classes in the spring and fall of 2020 and painting with MTSU students in all majors.
