Tennessee Valley Healthcare System expands COVID-19 vaccines to enrolled Veterans of all ages

The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System is offering COVID-19 vaccines to enrolled Veterans of all ages starting Friday, March 12.

To request a vaccine appointment, enrolled Veterans should use VA’s “Keep Me Informed” tool or contact their health care provider. TVHS Veterans can also attend the walk-in vaccine clinic Saturday, March 13 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Nashville and Murfreesboro campuses.

TVHS has administered more than 27,000 doses using Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines. For more information on TVHS vaccine updates and walk-in clinics, visit www.tennesseevalley.va.gov/services/covid-19-vaccines.asp.

Veterans who wish to enroll in VA health care can call 1-800-228-4973 and press 4 or visit www.tennesseevalley.va.gov/patients/eligibility.asp.

TVHS is an integrated tertiary health care system comprised of two hospitals, the Alvin C. York Campus in Murfreesboro and the Nashville Campus, as well as more than a dozen community-based outpatient clinics located in Tennessee and Kentucky.
