DRIVE-BY SHOOTINGS in Rutherford County: Have you seen any of these suspect vehicles?

La Vergne, Tenn. - Police throughout Rutherford County are looking for three vehicles believed to be involved in multiple targeted drive by shootings that occurred recently in LaVergne at 4 different locations.

The most recent drive-by shooting reported was on Clearlake Drive Tuesday (3/23/21) morning, while kids were waiting for their school bus in the immediate area.

Another drive-by was reported on Mable Drive, R.G. Buchanan and Nichole Lane - all in LaVergne.

These drive-by shootings first happened on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 and have continued all the way through this Tuesday morning, March 23, 2021. 

One vehicle involved is a dark colored Kia Soul.  Also believed to be involved is a white vehicle, possibly a Nissan Altima, Maxima or Toyota Camry.  The vehicle involved in the Tuesday morning shooting is likely a Silver Dodge Caliber.

All the subjects in these vehicles are to be considered armed and dangerous - - therefore, do not approach them.

The investigation at this point cannot rule out that all these events are somehow related. Numerous subjects are considered persons of interest in the cases and need to be identified.
