MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee State University Board of Trustees will hold committee meetings on Tuesday, May 25.
All committee meetings are open to the public. However, due to COVID-19 precautions and social distancing requirements in line with current public health guidelines for indoor gatherings, public access to the meeting will only be available via livestream.
Audit and Compliance Committee: 10 a.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; approval of policy revision, audit committee charter, and audit charter for the audit office; report on independence of chief audit executive and quarterly internal audit reports.
Finance and Personnel Committee: 11 a.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; discussion of diversity-non-returning students and financial implications; approval of permanent appointment of University Counsel; information on capital outlay project requirements; approval of capital disclosures, capital maintenance projects submittal, tuition, fees, and housing rates, compensation, and operating budgets.
Executive and Governance Committee: 1 p.m. Agenda items include approval of minutes; discussion of general parliamentary rules; approval of proposed policy revision and proposed new policy.
