Murfreesboro Police continue to investigate a theft case and detectives need help identifying the man believed to be involved.

Reports indicate the male subject tried to steal wooden railings that were on the back of a 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck that was parked at the Outreach Thrift Store (1715 S. Rutherford Blvd.) on May 16, 2021.

Police told WGNS that the man was unsuccessful in stealing the wood railings on the truck that were holding a sign that read, “Outreach Thrift Store,” but apparently emptied the contents from the bed of the truck before driving away.
