A Smyrna man was killed in a single vehicle crash on Wednesday morning.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports that 28-year-old Simmie A. Berry ran his vehicle off of the Old Nashville Highway, overcorrected and hit a utility pole.
Troopers say Mr. Berry was partially ejected from the car and was not wearing a safety belt. He died at the scene.
