The man believed to be responsible for the 2018 death of Dylan Biddle Jr will appear before Judge Barry Tidwell on September 8th of this year.

Biddle was 27 at the time of his death. Suspect Albert Mustapha was 20-years of age when Biddle was killed. The now 23-year old remains behind bars.
