Murfreesboro Center for the Arts

Arts Center of Cannon County
In neighboring Woodbury at the Arts Center of Cannon County (1424 John Bragg Highway), enjoy "From Charley: A Christmas Carol". This tale shows a different perspective through Charles Dickens's eyes as he writes the legendary tale. Come escape and travel with Charley as he invents characters such as Scrooge and Tiny Tim.
It's written by a local Arts Center volunteer, Renee Robinson.

Washington Theatre
The Middle Tennessee Sinfonietta performs selections from the Nutcracker in the Washington Theatre at the Patterson Community Center (521 Dr. MLK, Jr. Blvd.). Conducted by Jeffrey Keever, choreographed by Savannah Cook, designed by Ricky Martini, set constructed by Nathan Wahl, set painted by Tonya Stockwell, videography by Tommy Womack. The performance will include one 15-minute intermission. These performances are sponsored by Carpe Artista and Mr. Michael Humnicky.

Cannonsburgh Drive-Through Lights
It's also the final weekend to enjoy Murfreesboro Parks & Recreation Department's FREE drive-through CHRISTMAS LIGHTS at Cannonsburgh Village (312 S. Front St.). Create holiday memories at Cannonsburgh Village! Festive light displays will come to life this coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 5:00 to 8:00PM.
